Meet the elected officers of Howard Gardner Post 85. We guide our local veteran programs, coordinate community advocacy, and preserve the heritage of East Texas service members with dedication.

Sarah Gardner

Serving as our chief administrator, Jim coordinates veteran advocacy programs, local civic partnerships, and post volunteer efforts throughout the Palestine area.

Bob manages our administrative records, maintains the active post membership rolls, and ensures our historical archives and meeting minutes are carefully preserved.

Sarah leads our American Legion Auxiliary unit, directing local family support initiatives, community drives, and youth educational programs across Anderson County.

Our Commitment

Our duty to this nation did not end when we took off the uniform; it continues through our devotion to the community of Palestine.
